It is kino for the fact that it's refreshing. It's refreshing. There's no real bloat or woke cancer. There's moments of both, but overall it's a fun scifi game. It's not that the bar is lowered, it's just a good game. The kino comes from exploring the station and having fun with all the new areas and figuring them out.

I want a 2 so bad but I think the studio is largely dying. 2 should be you're on a moon base but it's largely civilian because space station tech is largely commercialized now. Families on vacation type stuff. It takes place DURING the Typhon escape. The moon base you're on also has a military/blackops secret underground. Just like 1 the fun is exploring the breadth of the facility and seeing how all the cool areas intertwine and going through them to fulfill your objectives. Just have it that some Typhon escaped Talos for a couple weeks and when they sensed Talos went ass up it caused this moonbase to also zerg out. Whatever 2 would be, the fun is that you're not in a totally post-apoc zone. You have to be in something recently derelict or trying to stave off the Typhon to make the immersive sim aspects pop.

Extremely kino.

Fellas, I admit, I like Jeremy Gold more that Jason Goldstriker.

Hell, I like Jeremy Gold more than Sam Hyde.
