i would argue yes, if noelle is a lesbian and birdly is straight, both of them being into kris points to kris being female
there are some fairly solid arguments for female kris as of 3 + 4, but nothing bulletproof
kris 'presenting' as male can also be explained with having asriel and dess being kris' role models when growing up: the older brother and his tomboy girlfriend
