From the setup at the start with Rudolf watching Turbo's Tanabata Sho to Turbo getting rejected by her rival (hero) to Canopus obviously planning something to the screen blacking out and revealing Turbo with a massive lead to Kaichou catching on and lying for Canopus to Ikuno's "IKE, TAABO" to Turbo's desperate wheezing sounds to Turbo making the final corner as the song's chorus hits to Teio being literally speechless to Turbo telling Teio not to give up to Teio dogeza-ing to Turbo at the end.
