I used to shit on this game at the start, but ever since Act 2, it's been exponentially more fun.
Probably because I got gud and have more masks to sacrifice, and the enemies at the citadel actually drop some money.
I really don't know why Act 1 is so punishing. Like, they should've just done what HK did with the infected crossroads: Make the beginning areas easy and then add the 2-damage-dealing enemies after act 2.
Anyway, fuck Niggerwater, fuck Niggroal.

Is it too early to say this is the game that exposed /v/ babies the hardest? Even elden ring wasn't nearly this bad.

I just finished the Bellhart/Shellwood area and beat Widow
I've also found the paths to Blasted Steps and Sinner's Road
But currently I'm in Deep Docks because I somehow never thought to go back there
I'm enjoying it a lot. I must have tried Widow like 20 times last night, gave up playing, then beat her first attempt this morning. The whole "dying to bosses feels bad, but then when you win it feels good" feeling from Hollow Knight is still intact.

Games great, about 15 hours in. Just had my first few attempts against the boss before citadel. Haven't hit any major roadblocks, anons IIT are like the PS3. I was happy to see that there are a lot of different routes, I think I gave my friend a stroke when he found out I made it through the wastes with diagonal jump + only dash and wallclimb.
