High E2 and low E2 have interchangeable symptoms between people since it's genetic. A lot of high E2 symptoms I get when my E2 is low and vice versa. Really you can land on the fact that if you're getting sides, then it's either crashed or too high. Over time, you will then find what specific ones are to you. For example, I get extremely tired and lethargic when I am high E2 (where as some it's low E2).
Being bloated/holding onto water and gyno are probably the only sides you can usually confidently land on that your E2 is too high, and achy joints are probably the only one you can confidently land on being E2 is too low in my experience and reading regardless of genetics.
Stop taking AIs for awhile and maybe pin some more test for a little. Good luck anon.
