If everyone was on curve for the quota at the very least then we'd be in the 70s.
Usually we don't have an issue with players being on curve for quota but this month we got 10 people (1/3rd) doing under 1.33m daily average so far according to Chrono. Of course this can change if people do binge days later in the month but it's a bit concerning since we've never dropped down this far before.
