Gravios can inflict tremor with its flying stomp attack
Doshaguma can inflict tremor in its second phase with a move where it rears up and swipes the ground. It will almost always hit the player again with a follow up attack before they can move out of the tremor
Ajarakan can inflict tremor with the attack where it melts the ground in front of it

Small wind pressure is inflicted by wing flapping motions from a small handful of monsters, including Gypceros, Yian Kut Ku, Rathian and Rathalos, as well as from the move where Arkveld leaps into the air and pulls its chainblade down to reposition

Dragon Wind Pressure is exclusive to Zoh Shia, for its second phase attack transition where it needs to set up the big wylk crystals

There is not a single monster in the game that has major wind pressure, even though the wind res skill still mentions major wind pressure and one of the skill levels is dedicated to nullifying it.
