shouldn't you bump up the value of B and C according to the average rolls needed for a 3*? Even aiming for the point it converges at 50% (23 rolls) which is really the minimum I'd consider you're getting around 235.83 carats per dollar. If you bump it up to 31 rolls for an uma (61.1% actual rate of occurrence) it overtakes the daily pack in value

Somebody asked about building Agnes Tachyon. I'm new to the game too so I'm not the best reference but, I like using 3 speed, 2 stamina, 1 wit card. Although, I think she would be completely fine with 1 more speed or a power card instead of the stamina one. I try to get her long distance to A and have her as a pace unit.
She has pretty damn good stamina skills so I never really felt the need to train it that much other than buying a gold skill for her stamina just in case.
Other than that I focused on speed and wit. I really like taking positioning skills and love the Tokai Teio support card for it. Other than that I think Agnes Tachyon is pretty easy for someone new. Or at least that's how I felt about the cutie.
