The survival rate in the Russian army is far better than it is in the Ukrainian. But don't take my word for it. Look at the recent dead body exchanges where literally thousands of dead Ukrainian corpses are being exchanged for a few dozen dead Russians. Ukraine state media can say anything they like, but that's the REAL k/d ratio right there.
Anyway, being a citizen of a country means taking on the responsibilities of living in that country. Why should immigrants be any different? I guarantee if we were in a war and were drafting people to fight it, you wouldn't want beaner immigrants to be exempted from that draft. So why should immigrants to Russia be any different? This man moved there. He's Russian now. And that means taking on all the responsibilities which that entails. Just like if he were any other Russian. You don't get special privileges just because you're an immigrant.
