I never understood why they got rid of the assasin trainees mechanic since you have a fucking pirate crew who'd naturally be anchored anywhere you go to. The crew or characters you recruit could've easily had the excuse of coming from the ship to assist.
It makes way more sense than 3's inclusion since the recruited people didn't really get trained or a new outfit. Just some random butcher's guy is now able to throw smoke bombs.
But this is my only issue with Black Flag, I really wish someone modded the brotherhood shit into the game again.
