For Star Wars, Chrono order doesn't even make sense because the prequels even spoil the major plot point of the OT. Also I had read before about their prototypes for Mania's follow-up using 3D/2.5D graphics instead of pure spritework, but I was expecting something more like Superstars. This seems like its going more for an air-brushed look with its style, which is cool.
Honestly reminds me of the Sonic 2 HD project, although I think Mania's main art director worked on that project too, so I guess that makes sense.
A shame Sega's management always ends up driving third party devs away from this series.

Nothing, I can't fucking play anything for longer than 15 minutes without getting bored. I'm not watching anything on my second monitor, I don't play mobile games, nothing that should really be raping my attention span but it's still not there. I'm literally cleaning my toilet, working on my lawn outside and taking quiet walks down the street out of sheer boredom. I tried watching Slayers earlier, a few youtube poops, tried playing Elderborn, Gabriel Knight, Deep Rock Galactic, Voices of the Void and Warhammer 40k Boltgun earlier and absolutely nothing is hooking me. I'm seriously considering getting a second job at this point because I have nothing else to do.

Mh is so bloated now. There's just no coherent vision, they shove all the conflicting elements into one big messy pile. They want a big cinematic railroaded story . but they also want a living breathing immersive seamless ecosystem to freely explore and make your own hunts! but they also want a million HUD and UI elements on screen and auto tracking to every conceivable resource so you never have to explore or get immersed at all. but you can actually ignore all of that shit too because once you get to multiplayer you just teleport around from the hub and back anyway with no conceivable reasons to go wandering around. But you can ignore multiplayer too, because the hunts are to easy and fast that you'll clear every creature in 8 minutes regardless of whether you're playing with friends or not.

God what a mess. It used to be so simple. You're a hunter. Hunt for the villagers or go to the multiplayer city and hunt with your friends.
