>and didn't have the experience to deliver
Considering the entire studio was made by one disgruntled ex-Re-Logic employee that decided to make his own Terraria with blackjack (a terrible story) and hookers (abysmal combat) with the power of a dead dog and a bunch of unpaid interns, that's a fucking understatement.
Tiyuri was literally just a sprite artist without any knowledge or ability to make an actual good game, his only intent was to create his own Terraria and failed miserably. As for scamming people, that was definitely in his intent to do, it just didn't stop at scamming his employees, unfortunately.

I'm mentally ill and I feel more sane than these people.
This really is terrible for the young guy but when you enter this line of work, it needs to be understood that you are now on the chopping block. You dont have to be president or anyone real major but still you're sticking your neck out there. Unlike what every establishment cook says about non violence, peaceful this or that, violence has always made the world go round. It always has and always will. Its unfortunate that his life was taken but he did step into the arena. I guess we'll see where this ends up.

Thinking about protesting or desecrating a sundance
If you don't know what it is, it's a pagan event where devotees pierce or cut human flesh as an offering to idols or communities.
I'm native in native lands that are majority Christian, I don't know why they chose it to be hear when there are places that are welcoming them.

These polytheists have cut and pierced youths.

Lets strike our southern neighbor, what a brilliant idea! Nothing could possibly go wrong!

Or this is a contingency plan being advised by someone around him and secrecy wasn't exactly something he was concerned with.

>Department of Energy studies have indicated that up to 50 percent of a Protective Forces detachment would be killed responding to some variations of the threat envisaged.
>For instance, a neighborhood sits within the 1.5-mile (2.4 km) range of the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory's M134 gun emplacements, creating the potential that "children at play, joggers and families working in their yards" could be struck by stray bullets from Federal Protective Forces if an attack originated from their direction
>An NNSA study noted that the level of force and types of weaponry the Protective Forces would deploy in pursuit of an adversary which had seized nuclear material and moved it off-site may produce heavy "collateral non-combatant casualties" during a recapture operation.

>think that they either hired a new writing team or just didn't know where to go with the plot going into Mass Effect 2
The frustrating part is that there IS clearly a great setup for a sequel but the writer(s) of ME2 just bulldozed over it for some reason
>The reapers are coming and we need a way to stop them
>One (1) reaper completely buttraped our entire fleet so clearly we cant win through brute force
>There are magical prothean ruins out there that have ancient secrets that will help us, however
>Conveniently, shepard is the only person in the known galaxy that can interface with prothean tech so he's the best man for the job
>There are also tons and tons of un-opened relays across the galaxy meaning there's plenty of new stuff to find and explore so we can go find new relays
>In the background there's tons of political tensions between humanity and the aliens
>Also vigil says that there are probably plenty of other Reaper agents across the galaxy and Saren was just the most visible
There's literally infinite ways you can take the setting after ME1's ending. We could have gone on an epic quest into uncharted space to find some lost prothean tech, we could have contacted a new species and oversaw their integration into the galactic community, had political intrigue between humans and the council and the other reaper agents. But instead we had to blow up the normandy and make shepard work for Cerberus because ???
