Considering the entire studio was made by one disgruntled ex-Re-Logic employee that decided to make his own Terraria with blackjack (a terrible story) and hookers (abysmal combat) with the power of a dead dog and a bunch of unpaid interns, that's a fucking understatement.
Tiyuri was literally just a sprite artist without any knowledge or ability to make an actual good game, his only intent was to create his own Terraria and failed miserably. As for scamming people, that was definitely in his intent to do, it just didn't stop at scamming his employees, unfortunately.

This really is terrible for the young guy but when you enter this line of work, it needs to be understood that you are now on the chopping block. You dont have to be president or anyone real major but still you're sticking your neck out there. Unlike what every establishment cook says about non violence, peaceful this or that, violence has always made the world go round. It always has and always will. Its unfortunate that his life was taken but he did step into the arena. I guess we'll see where this ends up.
