Exactly, that's one of the many reasons it's bad. "See things as they are, not how you want them to be." Her ending is much less about Lumiere, and much more about herself. She doesn't want to grow up and face reality, and doesn't care that her brother's sacrifice is wasted.

Honestly, this entire thing kinda sucks ass. It's weird that GGG was so silent about his departure and even lied about him being at the company back in 2023. My guess is that GGG never put out a statement because he is now competition and they didn't wanna give him free press. Literally every graduate with an interest in ARPGs is gonna be poached by one of the two companies.
