I have a switch 1 and a PS4. I don't see any reason to own either of those consoles. I truly only use either of the ones I currently own to play M2 Shot Trigger games, every exclusive people praised was complete shit. I have a 4070 ti super for everything else and quite frankly you need far less to play 99.99% of worthwhile releases. I'm only replying to this thread because mods are useless and I have absolutely zero confidence they'll do their job.

For the average player they are used in conjunction with chains to gain hyper meter during key parts of a level, which actually *lessens* how strict routing is. But because it is a complex game with many interlinked designs, they also function as a scoring multiplier, and by maximizing chains you are activating hyper constantly, which increases rank and makes the game more difficult, similarly to Garegga, but in my opinion a lot more elegant.. So ironically, the level of freedom in clearing the game is a result of its strict and punishing scoring system.

The biggest downside to deus ex is that its a bit of a casual normalfag game. Like yeah its pretty good, but people latch onto shit like this and make it their whole identity and that's a *MIGHTY BIG* cringe. Also, did you know that the recompiled OoC rom even runs better on the Switch than the premium paid online version, with improved graphics options, higher fps, and better AA, as well as a built in randomizer and boss rush?
