Holy shit this project is a fucking disaster... For a long time, it was "managed" by the lead engineer, who is a smart guy but possibly the most scatterbrained person I've ever worked with (and I'm almost 40). Just a complete mess... random work items, no prioritization, hurry up and do this, then put it aside to do that... So they finally assigned an actual manager who not only wants to get the work in order, but wants to reorganize the entire product, and it's getting fucking worse now... he created duplicate tickets and stories for everything we were working on, and then we also need to use this other work tracking took which is basically just a spreadsheet, and then threw a bunch of random half-assed ideas he had into the mix without consulting any of us, even though he first learned of this project like last week. Only two more months and I can leave this shithole and keep my money.
