Their problem was the same problem the Tech industry has with nepotistic Indians but only ghetto Blacks who only hire other ghetto Blacks. Their chicken is often under cooked now so enjoy your food poisoning and salmonella. The menu selection is no longer anything special and a fraction of the size it used to be. The interior of most and almost all KFCs in America looks like a poorly maintained Section 8 trash fire, Garbage piled up in the bathroom trash cans, unclean cooking apparatus, Tables basically taken out and never replaced, unclean tables and chairs to begin with, soda machines don't work half the time etc. Last time I went in the MANAGER was having a melt down on over the phone with someone over drama that happened on Facebook. Loudly. This is a normal experience in American KFCs and before anyone says I live in some inner city Hellhole, no, I live in a Red state where this ghetto activity normally doesn't fly. Subways went down hill for the exact same reason.
KFC is dying because of 50% Corpo nonsense and refusing to address the real issues and 50% literal Basketball American fatigue. Other anons are not lying, I went to KFC in Japan as well as Spain and it was a completely different animal. Even KFC in its American heyday doesn't even compare. That's how much better KFC is in other countries. Also KFC's Spanish twitter account is unhinged and amazing, I suggest going through it.
Problem is KFC is getting smoked now because Popeye's is growing and their service and food quality smokes KFC so having a place with a sign that literally says "We open" because basketball Americans destroy everything they touch is going to be this company's undoing and the CEO is too afraid to admit it.
