Things such as breaking cutscenes like when you can walk up to Noelle during her hospital monologue, and of course, literally bending reality to further proceed Noelle. The soul is now taking items from Kris that weren't in the inventory (thorn ring) and has now forced Kris on a festival date they were trying to avoid at all cost

It's weird that Alphys just suddenly starts looking more girly with Undyne. And you also have to note how many occasions Toby likes having Alphys and Ralsei and Noelle bullied and it's only these characters he focuses on.
