Then you get all the shitty advice, like you need supplements (you don't), you need 200g of protein per day (90-120g for natties), the list goes on.
Once you've lifted for long enough, you can see through the bullshit, but when you call it out, you get called an idiot.

As a natty it takes around 3 years to look decent, 5 to look good. 3x8-12 with failure (negative reps), full body is more than enough (Silver Era style).

It's over exaggerated how many nutrients you lose when cooking, not it's half, more like 15-20% (which is nothing in the longterm).
He's right about veganism - you can't survive eating plants only, just look at vegans, their thin, pale skin and sunken eyes.
He's right about most vegetables. If you can't eat it raw - you shouldn't eat it at all. I'd like to see someone eat raw grains/rice/potatoes and see how long they last.
