The exercises I did for chest felt fucking awesome. When I started the first set of unilateral chest press at 45 kgs, I could not feel my chest that much and was about to give out at the 4th rep, then randomly I felt my chest activating on the negative or idk how to put it, and managed to do 6 reps. Weird. Definitely used less triceps than usual, and got a really nice pump on my milkers.
