Assuming the July 20 plotters actually succeeded in seizing power? Germany fights for another 4-5 months before capitulating when it becomes apparent that the Allies won't budge on unconditional surrender.

Here's the question I think everyone should be asking instead of "was it about slavery or states' rights?"...
Would the Civil War have occurred without slavery?
Let's say slavery winds up being outlawed at the Constitutional Convention of 1787 after George Washington gave some really impassioned speech advocating abolition that swayed everyone to vote for it on the spot. Would the Civil War still eventually happen due to other issues that would still have been relevant such as Nullification or people getting mad over taxes (which triggered the the Whiskey and Shay Rebellions that presaged the Civil War)?

>wah wah we don't care about being canceled
I don't think you understand what "cancelation" is in this case, son. It's not the "twitter tranies got upset" cancelation. It's the "everyone saw you acting like a total clown and nobody would ever take you seriously after that " cancelation. Sam spent years building a brand image of an alpha dog who "figured out life" but after Harland episode now everybody knows he's extremely insecure and easy to troll irl. How can you tell people to "learn a skill" when you, yourself, can't even build a nest?

I'm gonna guess that the Tigers were actually a decent force at one point, but by late-2024, they had atrophied like the rest of the SAA. The Syrian Civil War went on for nearly 12 years before the regime finally fell, that's a long time. You would have had multiple generations of men serving in the unit. Very few who joined the unit when it was originally formed in 2013 would have still been on active duty by 2024, those who were would likely have since been transferred to other units and/or suffering from "burnout".
Speaking of which, what happened to Suhayl al-Hasan anyway? Wikipedia and the scant news sources I could find just say he's believed to be in hiding.

I don't get it
>Air Force doesn't want a CAS-exclusive aircraft
>Army wants a CAS-exclusive aircraft
>Air Force also doesn't want the Army operating any fixed wing like the Marines do
Why not develop a UCAV that takes the armaments of the A-10 and installs them on a lighter fixed-wing drone that's designed to operate from temporary runways, and hand CAS responsibilities off to the Army?

How many more threads can this schizo shit out? You know if it wasn't for you making these retarded threads every day there would be 0 discussion about it or FF in general outside of the FF Tactics remaster because /v/ermins have the shortest attention span and only care about the newest thing. At the end of the day FF7 Rebirth's combat is the best combat that has ever been made though. That much is a fact.

only people with less than 20 hours played actually prefer 3 laps
once you've played enough and become aware of the monumental skill ceiling compared to mario kart 8 you will come to welcome the new structure of races.
i am at 30 hours played and just hit 4000 VR score and am just now starting to understand how to properly the hop and the wall ride and everything else
also with 24 players your situational awareness will skyrocket and you will start to get a six sense and learn to evade hazardous situations
i used to be just like you, and i do miss some things from mario kart 8 like the vastly better race courses, but besides that this game is better in every way

If you've ever transferred data from one switch 1 to another you would know that the data on the sender almost always gets copied, but for games like pokemon and animal crossing it usually gets deleted unless you use special transfer mechanisms.
He should have known to use the pokemon Home or animal crossing island mover.
Literally every switch user should know this. I have no sympathy for him.
NOT nintendo's fault.

I'd say both yes and no, it's complicated.
On one hand, in the past you would have been desensitized to death at a much earlier age simply because life was much harder. Your mother dying in childbirth, your father dying in a workplace accident, your brother or sister dying of illness would've been far more common. Even if it didn't happen to you specifically, it would have happened to others you knew.
On the other hand, I don't think human psychology has actually changed that much over the millennia, we're simply subjected to different stimuli now. Also such experiences wouldn't necessarily have produced tougher people. It would just as easily have produced broken people. The town drunk probably didn't become a drunk just because he enjoyed alcohol a little too much, but because he lost little sister to smallpox as a boy and turned to self-medication to cope with the trauma. The bandit who robs and kills people didn't end up that way because he's just a psycho who enjoys murder, but because his wife died in childbirth and his grief is so extreme that he simply lashes out at everyone in a never-ending fit of rage.

>making an example out of his mother for releasing Jaime by executing her
>declaring polygamy legal in the North and still taking on the Frey girl as his second wife

Nah, Rickard Karstark's act of defiance was so brazen that it could not afford to go unpunished. Robb was pretty much in a Catch-22 with that one.
>if you do execute him, the Karstarks will ride back home
>if you don't execute him, all the other Northern lords will think you're a weakling and that they can also get away with similar acts of disloyalty with a slap on the wrist
I'd say executing Karstark was ultimately the right choice, because the consequences of not doing so could have been far worse than losing one House's loyalty
