anyway this colombian pink bourbon came out pretty good today, v60'd again but with a long, cool bloom at 70c, 90c main pour, a slightly coarser grind, and a 1:15 ratio. three main pours again, low agitation. much better balance of acidity and sweetness for my taste, and a bit of florality, too.
