I honestly don't have that much time to work out. I can manage to run twice a week and go to the gym twice a week. The problem is that I don't know if the body I get from so little exercise will be enough to be attractive to girls.

My friend has been extremely depressed for a year and a half because he can't find a job in his field and his life fell apart. >Snacks:
Biscuits, chocolates, crisps, sweets, dry roasted peanuts. Like once every couple of months I'll buy some apples or bananas but only if I'm really craving them because I don't like how fast they go off compared to the unhealthy snacks.
