There is name reservation for the PVE server whomst've characters are copy pasted to the PVP server. The PVP server will be filled with PVE characters that won't be played but count toward the faction balance who will get deleted after 3 MONTHS of inactivity?
So in essence, all i need to do to entirely sabotage the PVP realm is to just log in to the existing characters and make new ones if i can?
