The kind of people that genuinely want to shut their brain off ans "play" games as barely interactive aesthetic experiences. PoE is good because there's a gorrilion stat interactions, a highly advanced crafting system, and complex economy. In diablo 2 you just go down a single line on your skill tree, collect runewords, and get all your upgrades from a gambling vendor. It's just a complete non-game and I have absolutely zero respect for people who praise it today. I did not even watch Lazarus yet but that is indeed a popular anime as I expected. Zoomers do not shut up about it and think it is amazing. Is it good? I have no idea! The only anime that got popular outside of my predictions was ballpark, because that manga was pretty gosh dang awful, but they really did a good job fixing the pacing and the joke delivery. But as expected, the atto anime was good, the shaft anime was good, (although it sadly abandoned all of its budget like 2 episodes in) and the gundam anime was good. All things within my usual wheelhouse. I especially see a lot of Gundam discussion on shonen oriented Japanese image boards, so that's a pretty good sign. I hope Ruri Rocks will turn out well, because I don't want to drown in trigger and kyoani shit next season, which will no doubt be explosively popular.

No. It's the same gag over and over, and despite what is clearly a heavy focus on art, the art is actually pretty average. /a/ quality has unfortunately greatly deprecated, you can't find good manga here any more.
