I think people are figuring out Suselle is made bad on purpose because its not going to happen. However Toby is such a nice guy who doesnt want his game to be part of a battle of ships when he finishes it, he will very likely add some mini routes for "implied ships" even if they won't be animated but just implied in a throwaway lines in the epilogue
