The reason Ralsei told Susie to wait for him instead of healing Kris on her own is because if they move further through the Dark World without him, he won't be able to destroy the prophecies ahead of them.
It wasn't because Susie's healing sucks, it's because he knows it's destined to improve in Chapter 4 no matter what and he just doesn't know when.
If her healing improves enough to fix all of Kris's wounds in the case they get separated from Ralsei and hurt again, they'll go further into the Dark World alone and possibly see the final tragedy. He's been trying to stop them from seeing it from the moment he stepped in.

I learned that if you backtrack a bit after the titan fight, you can interact with the entrance you came in. While it is a wall of darkness, there is a hand that reaches out from the darkness to press back against your palm and urge you forward.

Simple enough, but some mad bastards found there is an entirely silent .mp3 that plays when this happens. It's a single strum of a guitar.
So, friggin' obviously it's Dess, but why the guitar? The Knight has so many other methods of communicating with Kris. For what purpose? Why the literal last string of humanity?
Dess is not in control, and she's calling out for Kris, or the player, to keep moving forward.
Kris isn't trying to destroy the world with the dark. He's trying to find a way to separate Dess from the Knight.

Of course when Chapter 5 comes out it will turn out some other bullshit happened and Gaster can play the guitar or something, but for now, I think possessed Dess, (PoDessed, if you will) might be the answer.

I think the Mike that Tenna calls out to genuinely isn't real. But his "Mike" is based on the real Mike who was calling Spamton that ghosted him and drove him schizo. Because Tenna is bitter about Spamton's betrayal and wanted to what the fuck Mike was telling him. So he conjured up his own Mike tulpa and pretended it was the real Mike helping him. This sounds like a reasonable theory right?

My schizo theorizing has lead me to this guess about the route

Spamton Sweepstakes and Jackenstein fight imply that we must make our way backwards through the game, possibly with a new tool in hand. How this is done exactly, I'm not entirely sure. I've always assumed that the Pure Crystal would have the opposite effect of a Shadow Crystal, meaning it can be sent backwards once obtained.
Either way, now you must start a fresh CH 2 save and do an aborted Weird Route. Now with the ThornRing and Pure Crystal, you can create the Twisted Sword. Presumably giving us an alternate CH 3 (If the Jackenstein fight is actually correct)
This will end with Kris being strong enough to survive whatever the fuck is going to happen to him, breaking the prophecy and unleashing the consequences that come with that. The route will most likely end with Kris usurping our control, keeping the SOUL but without us able to influence them. This is due to the Twisted Sword's Trance Down effect. Will his life still be completely fucked? Yeah probably but at least he's free now!

Where does the Shadow Mantle show up? In the video game. The video games in the Dark World is probably also video games in the Light World, and it's probably Dragon Blazers considering its knowledge regarding the prophecy and structural similarity. So the Shadow Mantle would need to be something related to Dragon Blazers, right?
But also, the Knight is a Lightner, right? So how can Seam predict when it's going to show up? Knowing about Jevil and Spamton in advance are reasonable considering they're both imprisoned with well-known motivations, but the Knight is not. Is Seam communing with the Knight too or something?
And like, about DARK/STAR, the Black Knife is like a REAL object, right? Because the Black Shard looks the same between the Dark and Light worlds. Or is it just that the Black Knife is always in darkness due to some unique property? So we're eventually going to find the Black Knife in real life?
